The head was sculpted in one go with regular Sculpey before being baked. I used in game screenshots to get each angle and facial details.

I created a tube that fit the nodule on the existing body that I sculpted the head around. The vinyl heads that I removed fit on this conical post that you can force fit a sculpted head onto without it falling off easily. I'll throw up some pictures of the headless figures if that would help clarify what I had to work with.
